I love brownies. Indulgent triple chocolate brownies are my favourite thing to bake. In my opinion, nothing beats a freshly baked brownie, warm out of the oven, deliciously gooey, chocolate chips melting in the middle. So when I've seen recipes for brownies made with vegetables, from sweet potato to beetroot, I've always been intrigued at how they'd compare to my trusty chocolate brownie. With bags of pumpkin still left in my freezer, I decided to experiment with my favourite bake and try out some pumpkin brownies! Infused with cinnamon and nutmeg, these are brownies with a festive makeover!

Essentially a fridge cake combining chocolate and biscuits, it requires no baking, just chopping, crushing, melting and mixing. Even the most inexperienced baking novice will find this a breeze! I followed this recipe for malteser tiffin, which has been my go to recipe for tiffin ever since I first made it during my first year of university; two years later and I'm still loving it!

Hiya! It's been a pretty busy couple of weeks, but some very exciting ones! Two weeks ago it was my 21st birthday, but with Christmas just around the corner it's all been a bit hectic. So rather than celebrating my birthday in one day, the celebrations were spread out, all of which I am going to share with you!

A couple of month's ago it was my lovely mum's birthday and, like mother like daughter, she loves her chocolate, so of course I had to make her a chocolate cake! I love a traditional chocolate fudge cake, but I decided to go for a bit of a twist. I've only eaten salted caramel a couple of times, but was keen to combine it with chocolate and try it out in a cake. Sweet, salty, yummy! This cake is definitely for those with a sweet tooth!
