Blackberry and Apple Crumble Muffins

I finally got rid of all those blackberries!!

I decided to follow this recipe here as I loved the sound of the crunchy crumble topping combined with the soft muffin. I really do need to invest in a muffin tray though as the muffin mix kind of spread out in the oven, resulting in some little squished muffin pancakes. They could also have done with being baked for a bit longer as well because they were VERY moist (awful awful word), which was only heightened by the moisture of the apples. But nevertheless they were still very yummy!

I promise no more blackberry bakes for a while now...
