What better way to celebrate the start of summer (let's hope it stays) than with some fresh fruit? Or rather, fresh fruit in a smoothie. This one's topical flavours will have you dreaming of exotic islands and sandy beaches. Best consumed relaxing in the sun, just as I did.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 kiwi
1/3 of a mango
5 tbsp natural yoghurt
Chia seeds (optional)
What to do:
1. Cut the banana, kiwi and mango into small chunks and put in blender
2. Add the natural yoghurt to blender and whizz
3. Top with chia seeds
And there you have it, super simple and super healthy!
