Homemade Banana Milkshake

Homemade milkshakes are a great way to get some of your 5 a day, and they're super yummy too!

I decided to make my own banana and cinnamon milkshake using this simple recipe:

1 banana
1 cup milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Just put all the ingredients into a blender, whizz, pour and drink! Easy peasy!
