Yummy Gooey Chocolate Brownies

Brownies are one of my absolute favourite things to bake (and eat) but I always find it so hard to find a recipe which makes ones that are just right. But I've finally found it! It takes quite a bit of arm muscle if you don't own an electric whisker, but trust me, it's totally worth it!

I followed this recipe here but took the brownie mix out of the oven a little bit earlier than stated, mainly because my oven is ridiculously hot and easily burns anything put in there. It may look a bit undercooked at first (make sure you do the skewer test first to check it actually is cooked), but just wait till it cools, and you'll have the yummiest, gooiest brownies you could ever wish for!
